Building an Intentional Life Program:
Partner with your own lifestyle wellness coach to cultivate the life you desire. Over 6 weeks, you and your coach will explore your optimal wellness vision, create an action plan and set goals, and develop a self-regulated maintenance plan. Each week, you and your coach will meet for 1 hour virtually to discuss your progress and successes no matter the size. All wins are wins! This 3-part system will teach you how to move from intention to action then towards long-term change. The best part of the program is having support and accountability from your coach each step of the way. These sessions can be held via phone or video conference based on your preference.

During the Strategy Coaching Session you’ll get:

This offer is for those who would like to laser focus on one or two goals and strategize for success. You and your coach will hone in on your habits, self-awareness, vision, action plan, and goals then seal the deal with a self- regulated maintenance plan. This session can be held via phone or video conference based on your preference.
